Perhaps you have felt the calling,
and also the confusion, the loneliness, the chaos that arises when something transforms within while life around you stays the same. The excess of information and the expectation to become someone better. The path of the heart is romanticized, when in reality, it requires courage, consistency and root.
Healing is the art of remembering who we are and learning to live—with presence and joy—in both body and world. To remember, deep within, that we are already whole, and that when humanity and divinity integrate in the present moment, our life expands. It becomes more colorful, more magical, and more deeply human.
The spiritual and the everyday are deeply interwoven,
Tierra Faro is a safe place for that dance.
For people who are living this path in a real way and need honest, grounded company for the journey.

Hello, my name is María Mónica.
In my journey back to myself, I discovered that within our hearts lives a higher power—one capable of connecting the human with the divine and freeing us, once and for all, from the feeling that something is missing.
I am an intense explorer and a student of self-inquiry and self-knowledge tools for over ten years, and a walker of various ancestral medicines for more than six years.
I am passionate about Yoga, sacred chants, and Cacao, and a guardian of the Obsidian Pipe (Chanupa) of the Ometeotzinmetztli Dance Circle. I hold a degree in Finance and Business Administration and an MBA, and I am devoted to sharing responsible, loving tools and practices for self-exploration and for living a life of fullness and joy.
I invite you to gently walk this path toward self-love, guided by your own steps.

Welcome to
Tierra Faro.
This is your home.
Tierra Faro is a meeting point between the human and the sacred. It was born amidst jungle, mountains, and sea, following a transcendent process of inner exploration and a very real need to learn how to bring the spiritual path into the body and everyday life.
Through retreats around the world, online mentorship, and carefully curated rituals, we weave ancestral wisdom and contemporary tools with rigor and respect, honoring the depth of each practice and the form and environment through which they are transmitted. Each experience is held within a complete process of preparation, immersion, and integration.
We accompany you in integrating tools for self-knowledge, practices of presence, and living rituals that organize and embody your inner journey, allowing it to express itself with coherence and freedom in your daily life and in your relationships.
And to discover your own steps toward your natural state of harmony, trust, and peace, guided by the power of the heart—the synchronicity between energy, attention, intention, and love. A path that does not take you away from life, but rather gives it depth and amplifies your experience.
A guided path to integrate spirituality into the way you live, feel, and make choices.

→ Transform your everyday life
Intimate, personalized guidance to co-create a practical toolkit for cultivating awareness in every moment, clearly expressing who you truly are, nurturing honest connections, and ritualizing everyday life. A return to the living ground of your self—toward a state of Being that is freer, more real.
→ Allow yourself to feel
Sessions of release and deep reconnection through the sound frequencies of the Gong and Cacao, a medicine of the Earth for the heart. To harmonize body and mind, unlock emotions, and awaken high-vibration feelings that soften and sweeten our way of seeing the world and the present moment. Lit up your instinct and your primal, innate intelligence, and discover the coherent pulse of a wild heart.
"Everything you’re looking for, you can find within yourself.”
Ram Dass. Spiritual Teacher and Author.
Tierra Faro was born in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (Colombia), the “heart of the world,” as living Indigenous peoples call it, and it carries in its pulse the strength of the mountain and its eternal snows, and the depth of the sea.
From that root, we honor the courage of the heart; the bravery to remain open, to dance with uncertainty, and to walk in faith toward the unknown.
5% of our income is dedicated to supporting projects that promote the conservation and transmission of the wisdom of the Kogui people of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, and the Siona people of Putumayo (the Amazon), from whom we have received care, teachings, and guidance.
