This is a ceremony to settle into the body, the emotions, the silence, and the surrounding environment. A space that allows these gentle and ancient medicines—the cacao and the sound—to integrate within us, with their inherent healing intelligence, and to open the way to tenderness, vulnerability, joy, and compassion.

Because, at its core, what each of us truly needs is to remember that everything is vibration, that life expresses itself through frequencies of love, and that this remembrance is awakened through the aroma and the taste of cacao.
